  • Batch Label picture file:
  • This function is very useful and automatically labels all user picture files.
  • Use multi selection feature to filter, select & mark a group of pictures.
  • Pictures can be selected from computer drives or already defined picture albums.
  • Select pictures by clicking on list or thumbnails.
  • User may select label position, size & color.
  • All selected pictures in database are labeled with database details -like category ,date, place, event, etc. (as per user choice)
  • Option to generate new / overwrite existing pictures.
  • Batch Rename Pictures: Use our program to easily rename a block of scanned pictures in hard Disk.
  • Easy selection of group of pictures for conversion  by clicking on rows/ thumbnails of folders or database, with filtering etc.
  • Use details entered in photos database to build file names for pictures.
  • File name can be set as Category-Date-Name or year-Name-Category or any 50 combinations.
  • Program also updates database links of picture names with new picture names.
  • Batch conversion Picture Format: Use MyLife SW to batch convert selected pictures to different file formats from BMP<>JPG <>GIF in upto 15 formats.
  • Easy selection of group of pictures for conversion by clicking on rows/ thumbnails of folder of database, with filtering, sorting etc.
  • Batch Compress Pictures:
  • Use MyLife photos sw to compress single, multiple, selected or all pictures in album/folder.
  • User can set to compress picture file size for al selected pictures as 2 color, 16 color, 256 color, etc.
  • User can reduce picture area to half, Quarter, 1/8th or 1/4th of its original size.
  • Convert all pics in database, all pics in folders , single picture or selected pics.
  • Batch Auto Save to Folders : This function automatically saves all selected pictures to new generated folders.
  • User may define to generate folders and subfolders category wise, category-subcategory wise, year- month wise, place wise etc.
  • Program automatically generates folders as pear users selection & place relevant pictures in those folders
  • Option to copy / move pictures
  • If move option is selected , program automatically refreshes new file links.
  • Batch Save to MS-Word:

  • Click to generate MS-PowerPoint file containing all selected pictures. User may set Time and Transition effect to be applied on all slides.

  • User can also generate web pages with multiple pictures per web page.
  • Use multi selection feature to filter, select & mark a group of pictures.

  • This function also adds picture description below it.
  • Chooses either 4,8,9,12,16,20 pictures per page.
  • Click to generate web page which user may share with his friends / upload to his website.
